    PgR expression linked to therapy sensitivity

    In endocrine receptor-negative (ER-) breast cancer, tumors expressing progesterone receptor (PgR) have lower sensitivity to endocrine therapy than those not expressing PgR, suggesting that ER-PgR+ tumors may not benefit from adjuvant endocrine therapy.
